I would definitely add "Three Trapped Tigers" from Guillermo Cabrera Infante, "A World of Julius" by Alfredo Bryce Echinique, Anything by Mario Benedetti, Juan Carlos Onetti, Julian Rios, Luis Valenzuela, Cristina Peri Rossi, Jorge Volpi, etc. I guess there's only so much space but there are so many fantastic books & authors from Latin America it's criminal that they aren't more well known here in the States. :-)
